+ Responsibilities included writing and sending out corporate email announcements, use of content management system for page text and graphic updates, re-purposing files, uploading and structuring of files within below areas: Group Directory / Office Services / Events and Fundraising / Crisis Management / Employment / Governance System / News and Media / Policies and Guidelines / Publications / Research and Reports / Specialist Broadcast Services.
+ Provide visual communication services and advice to all departments.
+ Creation and maintenance of user manuals for the Intranet content management system, provide training to new users.
+ Responsible for producing confidential internal reports, liaising with key managers.
+ Worked autonomously, worked with pre-designed templates and designed new documents.
+ Worked to deadlines, and ensured key managers signed off changes / modifications.

Art Director – Employed by DV1, Ovation Channel & Independent Entertainment

+ DV1 – I worked on various production projects managing jobs from concepts right through to printer delivery. Projects consisted of film and documentary title slick designs, DVD disk designs, DVD menu designs, all marketing and advertising material – booklet and magazine layouts, online website management, animated ads, banners, website design and maintenance. Designed and produced artwork accurately adhering to DVD and film guidelines

+ Ovation Channel – Responsibilities for the arts and drama pay TV channel, started with the development and design of the new branding identity for: print, web and on-air. Then further development and implementation of the new styles guides in all communication areas such as advertising in publications, monthly highlight brochures etc.

+ Independent Entertainment – I designed new concept title treatments and presentation documents for new TV series pitches.

+ TorchMedia – Managed and crafted market information packages that consisted of stylised 300+ CAD drawings for retail and car park plans, information and statistics.

+ White Room Group – Creative requirements consisted of direct mail brochure, website, email newsletter, A5 promotional card and email promotion.

+ Online Advertising Agency – Print and website services for banking and financial services, retail brands, healthcare and medical, superannuation, retail and consumer products and government.

November 2006 – July 2007

+ Eye Corp – Layout and design of three 48pp Eye Reporter magazine issues. In between Eye Reporters I worked on Info packs for North America market, created site cards, power point presentations, website updates, animations, HR electronic forms and documents, advertising for industry magazines, photoshop mockups of sites and floor map illustrations.

+ Geraldine Ward Studio – Layout and design of Body and Soul advertising, rate card media kits, News Limited buyers guide booklet, high-end home ware/ baby clothing brochures and catalogues.

+ News Limited – I worked within the creative services department on titles such as Country Style, Inside Out, Gardening Australia and Good Taste magazine crafting advertorial layouts and support marketing and promotional materials.
