Lemonroe online forms have been developed to enable clear, efficient, workflow practices between Lemonroe and its clients and potential clients.
The forms provide the customer with a clear understanding of what to expect from their initial meeting with Lemonroe right through to the final stages of project development. In return, it gives Lemonroe the information necessary to gauge a potential client’s exact needs, the scope of their project and the necessary platform from which mutual understanding and clear lines of communication are established.
From Briefing to Project Delivery
Step 1:
Following the receipt of a completed electronic brief, Lemonroe sets up a meeting with the potential client to draw upon their communications requirements in greater detail, giving the client an opportunity to gauge Lemonroe’s style of practice and understanding of their needs.
Step 2:
The next stage involves interpretation of the brief and initial concept development following research into and analysis of the market.
Step 3:
Presentation of first-draft concepts allows the client to provide necessary feedback leading to modifications and refinement of Stage One concepts. A second-draft is presented and further honed until the concept reaches customer satisfaction. Prior to final approval, the concepts then go through last stage development and review.
Step 4:
Following approval, we then prepare the file for output. We work closely with printers and manufacturers to ensure quality standards of output and in proofing final artwork before seeking the client’s final signoff. We also manage final output, distribution processes and delivery.
